A stroke or a transient ischaemic attack (TIA) can have a life-changing impact on a person. It doesn’t just affect the individual – it affects the entire family. Quality of life is vital to recovery from stroke and to obtaining the best outcome in the long and sometimes frustrating rehabilitation process. We are here to help your loved ones by caring for them in a safe and familiar place – their own home. The care team are always on hand to support the carer.

The SSRP Team (Stroke Survivor Recovery Program) will be committed to caring for the individual and their families during their transitional period. Below are a list of features our program will offer.
