Supported Living

Supported Living is a journey towards independence. Our goal is to help you develop your skills so that you can live in your home with as much independence as possible. We can provide personal support  to help you with things like getting dressed. We can also help you around the home, such as cooking a meal. And if you would like support to go out in the community or to do your favourite thing, we can help you to with that too. Support is available from a couple of hours a week to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Local supported living teams can advise what supported living is available in any given area. Other assistance may include:

• Home Adaptations
• Security
• Emergency Call Centre
• Meals on Wheels

Our staff are qualified to provide personal care and support to the people who live in the accommodation and have been assessed as needing this support.
