Working with Local Authorities

Our experience of providing home care service has given us an insight of our obligations to Adult Social Services, Adult Safeguarding Team and the Needs Assessment Team. Therefore, Grossdale endeavours to minimise inconvenience that are sensitive to the needs of the individual and we work our utmost to implement practical and pragmatic arrangements for the comfort, security and the protection of the service user. Grossdale makes every effort to lay the foundation of care to be flexible and appropriate at even short notice.
